Bought a flat but live in another country? We collect the keys from your agent, do the site visit by video and send a report every evening. Handover comes with a video walkthrough.

FAQ
Before you start
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. In central Antalya and Alanya the visit, the measurements and the written quote are free, and you don't have to accept the quote.
Can the price go up during the work?
The contract price is fixed. Only if you add new work do we send a written add-on quote first, and we start once you approve it.
How does payment work?
30% at signing, 40% when the rough work is done, 30% at handover. By bank transfer or card, and every payment is invoiced.
Do we need permission from the building management?
Most complexes have rules on working hours and debris. We talk to the management, prepare the paperwork and put up a notice for the neighbours.
Who buys the materials?
We do, and we show you the invoices; if you like, we visit the showrooms together so you can choose. We also install materials you buy yourself.
What does the warranty cover?
For two years we fix, free of charge, any problem caused by our workmanship: a leak, a cracked grout line, a lifting floorboard. Materials keep the manufacturer's warranty.
